After 40 hours of travel, we finally arrived in Francistown, where most of our planned activities will take place.
Unfortunately, seven bags were delayed, so we stayed in Gaborone for a few extra hours to wait for the next flight to bring them back. In the meantime, we went to the supermarket and had some lunch. Sadly, we only received four bags, and were informed that the remaining ones would be sent to Francistown the following day. Despite this setback, we decided to go to Francistown at 7 pm.
Our driver took precautions due to the darkness, and we arrived at our accommodation at 2 am. Since some air mattresses were among the missing bags, four of us shared a bed, but it was a fun way of breaking the ice.
